this will be an unusual review but I really wanted to leave one anyway because the customer service was amazing. I ordered this, absentmindedly misreading and thinking it was a disposable. I contacted customer services and the man whom I believe was the owner offered me like 3 different solutions, being very patient and helpful. I was stubborn and decided to give the pod to my cousin (I just didn’t feel like giving it back for a return because I wasn’t in the mood to interact with anyone in person), and was met with kindness regardless of this stubbornness. I also ordered an actual disposable immediately after, and it came to me extremely quickly; moreso than any other order I’ve made. I ended up giving the pod to my cousin, who managed to repurpose the juice and put it into a STLTH pod. the flavour was amazing!
