1. Payment by e-Transfer: Any payment made by e-Transfer will only qualify for store credit. We regret to inform you that refunds for purchases made via e-Transfer will not be offered as it is not feasible to process refunds through this payment method.

2. Return of Opened Items: We do not accept returns of any opened items unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return or refund request.

3. Changes of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we are unable to offer assistance in this matter. Please consider your order carefully before finalizing it.

4. Age Verification: PuffLab is a 19+ store, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for sales to individuals under the age of 19. It is essential for the safety of our customers and to comply with local laws and regulations.

5. Refunds for Age Verification Failure: Customers who fail to verify their age and subsequently place an order on our 19+ store will not be entitled to any refunds. Additionally, their products will not be delivered.

6. Orders by Minors: In the event that an order is placed by someone under the age of 19, we require an adult or legal guardian to reach out to us on their behalf to retrieve the products. If this requirement is not met, the order will go unfulfilled and the products will be held in our warehouse.
